Privacy Policy

ParlayBuilder.ai ("ParlayBuilder", "we") is operated by ParlayBuilder LLC. It's a sports research and analytics tool covering MLB and NFL, with NBA returning for the 2026–27 season. This page explains what information we handle when you use the site, and what we do — and never do — with it.

What we collect

• Account information. If you create an account, we receive your email address and basic profile information from our sign-in provider (including Google sign-in if you choose it). We use it to identify your account and nothing else.
• Things you create on the site. Saved parlays, duels, and your play-chip balance and history are stored with your account so they're there when you come back.
• Technical logs. Like nearly every website, our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use them to profile you.
• Site analytics. We use Microsoft Azure Application Insights to measure how the site is used and catch errors: pages viewed, features used, load times and errors, browser and device type, and approximate location. This sets first-party cookies (ai_user, ai_session) that identify a browser, not a person. When you're signed in, we attach a scrambled, one-way code derived from your account ID, never your name or email. We use no advertising trackers or ad networks.
• On your device. Cookies and local storage also keep your sign-in session, your preferences, and your recent chat history.

Payments

If you subscribe, payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, your plan and subscription status, your billing email, and the billing ZIP code and country needed to calculate sales tax. Stripe's handling of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

The AI chat

Chat messages are sent to an outside AI provider to generate replies. We don't keep a copy of your conversations on our servers; your recent history is saved in your browser so the assistant can follow along. Our provider's terms don't allow it to use your messages to train its models. Please don't include sensitive personal information in chat.

How we use information

To operate the product: keeping your saved parlays and chip balances, processing subscriptions, settling results, preventing abuse, and keeping the service running. That's the whole list. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we show no ads. Links to sportsbooks (for example, odds deep links) take you to their sites; once there, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.

Services we rely on

Microsoft Azure for hosting, our database, and site analytics (Application Insights), a sign-in provider (Auth0), Stripe for payments, and an AI provider for the chat. Pages also load code, fonts, and images from outside hosts: jsDelivr, cdnjs, the jQuery CDN, Google Fonts, Auth0, Microsoft (the analytics script), and league and media image servers for player photos. These hosts see your IP address when they deliver that content to your browser.

YouTube API Services

ParlayBuilder uses YouTube API Services to upload our own original videos to our own YouTube channel. Site users do not connect their YouTube or Google accounts through ParlayBuilder for this, and we do not access, collect, or store any YouTube user data. In addition to this policy, the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google services, and our use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Anyone who has granted ParlayBuilder access to a Google account can revoke that access at any time in Google security settings.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from your profile page, or contact us (below) and we'll remove it for you.

If you have a subscription that's set to renew, cancel it first; you can delete your account once it's cancelled.

If you subscribe, we keep billing records (your Stripe customer ID, your plan and payment history, and the record of your agreement to the subscription terms) for as long as tax, payment, and consumer-protection rules require, which is at least three years. We keep them even after you delete your account.

Age

ParlayBuilder is for adults 21 and older. It isn't directed at anyone under 21, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
