What ParlayBuilder is (and isn't)
ParlayBuilder is a research and entertainment tool for sports statistics, matchups, and prop markets across MLB, NBA, and NFL in their seasons. It is not a sportsbook: you cannot place real-money wagers here, and we never take deposits. "Chips" on ParlayBuilder are a play currency for tracking and competing — they have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, or redeemed for anything.
Not betting advice
Everything on the site — stats, model grades, projections, videos, chat responses — is informational. Odds shown are snapshots that move all day. We make no promises about accuracy or outcomes, and nothing here is a recommendation to place any bet. Decisions you make, including wagers with third-party sportsbooks, are your own; if you choose to bet elsewhere, it's on you to follow the laws and age requirements where you live (21+ in most U.S. states).
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape or bulk-harvest the site or its data feeds, resell or republish our data or models, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
YouTube API Services
We publish our videos through YouTube API Services. Where our site links to or relies on YouTube content, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code, models, and original content belong to ParlayBuilder. Sports statistics, team names, and logos belong to their respective owners. ParlayBuilder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league or team — including MLB, the NBA, and the NFL — or any sportsbook.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, ParlayBuilder is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the site — including decisions made based on its content, or interruptions and errors in the service.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
